30-Day No-Risk Return Policy

If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase within 30 days of receipt, you may return any unused merchandise that has not been customized or engraved for a refund, credit or exchange (minus shipping & handling). Merchandise returned must be in its original condition and credit is subject to merchandise being reviewed by our Quality Control Inspection Specialists. Merchandise that is damaged or altered in any way by a Jeweler other than JewelAffinity experienced gemologist cannot be returned. Items that have been personalized cannot be returned.Returns, including free gift(s), must be unworn and in the state that you received them.

We offer FREE return shipping for US domestic orders.

The following terms apply:
  • Exchanges and Refunds will be accepted within 30 days of your original receipt of the order.
  • Beyond 30 days ONLY EXCHANGES will be accepted within 30 days of the original receipt of the order.
  • The products must be returned in the original and/or new condition. Products that are altered or damaged (scratches, wreckage, etc.) do not qualify.
  • Shipping charges will not be refunded unless products are defective or there is a shipping error.
  • If the leatherette boxes associated with certain products are not returned, the value of the box will be subtracted from the return.
  • Shipping costs for the item will not be refunded - this includes international shipping, or any customs fees paid.
  • For international returns, return shipping and insurance are the responsibility of the customer.

Return/Exchange Instructions

Step #1: Call for a Return Authorization Number (RA#).

To ensure that your return is processed according to your instructions, please call our customer service department at 1.877.405.5588 for a return authorization number (RA#), and/or provide exchange information. This number will insure that your return is processed correctly and in a timely manner.

Step #2: Packaging and Labels

Please complete the Return Form on your shipping document or click to print the Return Form*. Be sure to include the return authorization number that you have been given by calling the above number, attach the form to your package and return it to us within 30 days of receipt. Step #3: Care and Shipping.

Because the safe return of your package is as important to JewelAffinity as it is to you, please insure your package for the full value listed on the invoice. Ship your package via USPS REGISTERED MAIL and request a return receipt, which will assure you that your package has arrived at JewelAffinity.

Merchandise returned is the responsibility of the sender until it is signed for by JewelAffinity representative. All jewelry and diamonds will be inspected by our gemologist prior to the refund being processed.
